Which replacement wire size do I need?

If you do not know which wire your board takes, please measure length of cutting slot on slicer.

• Slot measures 5 ¼ – 5 ¾ — Order Replacement Wire 6 7/8″. Item R-678.
• Slot measures 4 ¼ -4 ¾ — Order Replacement Wire 6″.  Item R-600. 
• Slot measures exactly 5″ — Order Full Assembly Kits. Items 101A-B or 101A-C.

Note:  Shipping tracking information is not available for wire shipments.

 

Are there cheaper shipping options for replacement wires?

Yes.  We have three options.  Mail-in. Call-in. Web order.

Mail-In Option

Please send your broken or stretched wire with a self-addressed stamped envelope noting your correct wire size.  The first replacement is FREE.  All other replacements are $2.00. Please send check for additional wires.

Call (909)484-1212.   We have a $10.00 minimum order by phone. Wires are $2.00 and shipping cost is around standard mail envelope.

The wire I received seems too small for my board?

Please recheck for correct wire lengths from above.  Refer to demonstration video here.

 

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. Please send your name, business name, address, and order to [email protected].

Note that all duties and taxes will be handled by the customer.

 

Can I start a wholesale account for my retail store?

Yes.  However, wholesale accounts are only for physical brick and mortar stores.  We are not opening wholesale account for online stores or third party sellers for marketplaces like Amazon, etc. 

Option One — Direct Account

• Credit Card Information (can be given over the phone)

Note:  First order must be a minimum of $100 and pre-paid with credit card.  All orders need to be in full case pack quantities.  Please include how you learned about Prodyne and your preferred contact method and information. 

Once information has been received and approved, then you can order via the Prodyne website with permissions, over the phone, or with an email.

Option Two — Faire.com Account

We are now on Faire.com and are taking orders through this B2B platform.  Please sign up for an account at Faire.com.

 

Can you process Amazon refunds, replacements, or missing packages?

No.  The Amazon marketplace is a reseller of Prodyne products.  Therefore, we have no way to refund, track or replace an item purchased on Amazon. Please contact Amazon’s customer service for support.

 

What is you online refund and replacement policy?

If you purchased your item directly from Prodyne.com and would like a refund or replacement, please contact [email protected]

• Picture of the item if damaged or incorrect.
• Order number.
• Brief description of problem and your request.

All returns must be made within a 45-days of purchase.  We do not refund shipping cost, but will provide a return label.
